Ein lehmiger und kalkhaltiger Boden versorgt die Reben ausreichend mit Mineralstoffen.
\nDie vollreifen Trauben wurden sehr vorsichtig geerntet. Nach einer Trocknungsphase von \u00fcber 4 Monaten sind die Beeren zu Rosinen eingeschrumpft und alle Inhaltsstoffe stark aufkonzentriert.
\nDurch einen schonenden und langwierigen Pressvorgang wird ein sehr s\u00fc\u00dfer Most mit der Konsistenz von Honig gewonnen.
\nBei der anschlie\u00dfenden G\u00e4rung, die sich \u00fcber mehrere Monate hinzieht, kann nur ein Teil des Zuckers vergoren werden und dem Wein bleibt somit seine nat\u00fcrliche Rests\u00fc\u00dfe erhalten.
