\nDer hohe Mineralgehalt des Bodens verleiht dem Wein eine besondere Note und seine Langlebigkeit. Die Rebst\u00f6cke sind im Durchschnitt 50 Jahre alt und der Ertrag liegt bei ca. 7.500 kg\/ha.
